General Information

Who will I be working with?

You will be assigned a Project Manager, who will work with you throughout the entire process.

Will I have to tell you exactly what I want, or will you determine that for me?

Your project manager will do most of the work for you. After determining your exact space requirements and goals, he will design a custom solution for you. Your Project Manager knows our products well, and will recommend the best solutions for you. Once you agree on a design, your order can be placed.

What will custom design cost?

Nothing. Nada. Zip. It’s all part of our process.

Who will install my garagegear?

You, if you’re a do-it-yourselfer. Installation requires only a few tools that most homeowners would have and the process is not difficult. We will provide easy-to-follow installation instuctions. If you don’t have the time or inclination, any good handyman or carpenter can eaily do it for you.

Where is RedLine located?

Our manufacturing facilities are in South Beloit, Illinois, just south of the Illinois / Wisconsin border.

Does RedLine have retail stores?

No. Garagegear is sold only through Authorized Agents (dealers). If you’ve reached this page, there is no Agent in your area. We sell direct through this website only in areas where we do not have an Agent. This website should give a good idea of the products we offer. Don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have.

How long has RedLine been in business?

Our parent company, Greenberg Casework Company has been in business since 1985. Redline garagegear was started in 2006.

Ordering Information

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes, but before we’ll place your order, we’ll send confirmation paperwork to you via e-mail. Once we receive your final confirmation and payment, we’ll manufacture and ship your project. To place and order call us at 1.877.624.2332.

How and when do I make payment?

Once you have confirmed your order, you can pay by check or credit card.

When will my order be ready for shipment?

Your order will be ready to ship four to six days after your order confirmation.

Can I cancel or change my order after I have confirmed it?

Unfortunately, no. Your order will be processed immediately, and the manufacturing process may begin on the day you place the order.

Can I return my order?

Stock items can be returned within 15 days. A 20% restocking fee will apply. Custom build orders cannot be returned.

Shipping Information

How will I know when my order is going to be delivered?

We will give you an estimated date of delivery and the trucking company tracking information. If your order is more than 150 pounds, the carrier will call you 24 hours prior to delivery to schedule a delivery time.

How long will it take to ship my product?

Midwest locations: 1-2 days
East Coast locations:  2-3 days
West Coast locations: 4-6 days

How will my order be delivered and who will unload it?

We will provide a lift gate delivery. Your order will be unloaded as close to your garage as the delivery truck can get.

What should I do if my order is damaged?

Our products are shipped in crates. Damage seldom happens, but if you notice visible damage or part of the pallet is missing, call us immediately at 1.877.624.2332
