Clear Space co-owner, Lance Lamborghini, is a fourth generation descendent of the Lamborghini family that settled on Cape Cod in the early 1900s. Desiring to be a carpenter like his great-grandfather, Lance attended Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction Technology. Since completing his education Lance has run a successful building and remodeling company on Cape Cod for the past thirty years.

Lance’s wife and Clear Space co-owner, Cindy Lamborghini, has really enjoyed helping her husband with his company over the years. Since being laid-off from her full time job she has been able to do more design work and even get some hands on building experience.

Back in October 2012 Lance and Cindy were enjoying some quality time together painting their garage as Superstorm Sandy raged outside. While working the couple discussed a variety of topics; chief among those talked about topics were the scarcity of good jobs in their local area and a viable garage organization solution for their now clean and shiny storage space.

Once power was restored after the storm, Cindy went to work researching garage cabinets on the internet. During her research she discovered Redline Garagegear. It seemed a perfect opportunity to tap a growing market and the pair began the process of starting their own home and garage storage company.
